MISSION STATEMENT / ARTIST'S STATEMENT:
by bethany creates wearable and purposeful art to accent one’s body, home and lifestyle. My designs are unique, lively and colorful, taking inspiration from the patterns and rhythms of nature. All items are handmade, designed and created by Bethany. Each piece begins as a question, which is cultivated and explored from the ground up, and answered with superior, handmade craftsmanship and quality materials. I believe that the process is as important as the finished product, and that a hands-on process results in a piece that is as rich in personality as in beauty. As an artist, designer and maker, I continue to challenge and explore the reaches of my creativity through investigating new ideas, working in new mediums, and believing that there is nothing that these two hands cannot create.
